Delivery Time and Processing Stages
All your orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our workshop in Izmir within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Every detail of our handmade products is meticulously checked. During special periods (holiday, campaign period, etc.) this period may extend by 1-2 days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.
Cargo Company and Delivery Process
Our shipments are made through contracted cargo companies and delivery is provided to every point of Turkey. The average delivery time varies between 1-3 business days depending on your location. We use special packaging to prevent damage to your products during delivery. If you detect any damage while receiving your cargo, do not forget to file a report and contact us immediately.
Delivery Problems and Delays
Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions or public holidays.
