Return Policy

At Nature Whiff, we prioritize customer satisfaction. You can return the products you have purchased within 7 days from the delivery date, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. For candles, the product must be unburned, with labels undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Return Process and Shipping Information

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@naturewhiff.com with your order number. After receiving confirmation from us, you can send the product via our partner carrier company. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the product reaches us, you will be notified within 3 business days and if the product meets the requirements, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund

After the return is approved, your payment will be refunded to you within 7 business days using the payment method you used during checkout. For credit card refunds, this period may be extended depending on your bank's processing times. For promotional or discounted products, only the product price is refunded; shipping costs are not included in the return scope.
