Shipping Timeline and Process Stages

All your orders are carefully prepared in our workshop in İzmir and handed over to the carrier within 3-5 business days following payment confirmation. Every detail of our handmade products is meticulously inspected. During special periods (holidays, campaign periods, etc.), this period may extend by 1-2 days. When your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an informational email containing the tracking number.

Carrier Company and Delivery Process

Our shipments are made through our partner carrier companies and we provide delivery to every location in Turkey. The average delivery time varies between 1-3 business days depending on your location. We use special packaging to ensure your products are not damaged during delivery. If you notice any damage when receiving your shipment, please make sure to file a report and contact us immediately.

Delivery Issues and Delays

In situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or official holidays, the delivery time may vary.
